Problems, Returns & Exchanges
- I have a question about returning an Item
We want you to love and adore any item you purchase from us! If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know with in 7 days after receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification will not be processed. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer.
Sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges earring, undergarments, beauty products, custom items and vintage items. vintage items are sold as is and are non-refundable so please read all descriptions carefully.

Consignment Info
- I have goodies to sell, how do I "Become a "Baker"?
Just use our email form found on our "Contact Us" page
and select "I want to Be a Baker" as the subject to submit an application. Please include the following information:
• Your name and your company's name (if you have one)
• Your address
• Your primary email address
• Description of the item(s) you're interested in selling.
• The anticipated retail price of the item(s) you're interested in selling
• Send photos or better yet, URLs of photos of the items you wish to sell. (For now please send a seperate email with photos to sales@WithSugarOnTop.com,until our upload app it up. Please use your name as the subject) One email will do with pictures of all your items.

- What kind of items are you looking for?

All kinds of stuff! We look for items that are original, handmade, and well-crafted. Items can be one-of-a-kind or available in multiple quantities/sizes. Original art, paintings or prints are good too. We will not accept anything we find offensive or commercial. Please do not be offended if your items are not accepted. We receive tons of submissions, and can only accept a few that we feel fit with the site. Thanks for the submission though!

- Okay I have submitted my application , now what?
Once we receive your application, it usually takes about a week to email you back with an approval. With the approval we will give you more details on pricing, and getting your goodies to us. Please note that due to the number of applications we receive we can only get back to those of you we accept. Sorry ;)We will not accept anything we find offensive or commercial. Please do not be offended if your products are not approved.
Our approval is a virtual handshake that we will do everything we can to establish and honest, working relationship beneficial to both parties. We want everyone, to be happy and feel comfortable working with us. If we left anything out or you have any questions, please feel free to ask!

- So, how much money will I make and what do you charge for consignment?
|
Consignment means that you are paid for your items once they sell. The goal is for both of us to make a lots of cash so we can keep feeding our craft habit, right? Right! The split is 30/70. You name the price you want and we will add 30% to get the listed retail price for the site. That way our commission fees are covered. If we feel your price is a bit low, we will mark it up and still pay you 70%! We do all the work....(after your item is made , that is)...to get your item sold. Our 30% covers our time photographing, listing, advertising and loving your items! Oh, we do craft fairs too! There is no extra charge for bringing your item with us to the craft fairs that we do. We will let you know where we are gonna be and of course how we did. See how much we love ya!?!

- I dont realy wanna do consignment, will you just buy my stuff from me?
If we can buy your items at a fair price for resale we will definatly consider it!
